# Trigger HTTP Schedule

> Send an HTTP schedule's request once, right now.

Sends the stored URL, method, headers, and body in the background and logs the attempt like a normal run, including retries. It works whether the schedule is active or paused and does not change its cron timing.

Use this to verify a schedule's configuration. Check the result with [List Recent HTTP Executions](/enterprise/api/scheduler/http-schedules/recent-executions).
