# PowerPoint (PPT) Agent Output

## 💾 Agent Output Now Supports PowerPoint (PPT)

Lyzr Agents now provide enhanced flexibility in how they deliver complex information and generated content. Your Agents can generate full **PowerPoint (PPT)** presentations on demand, adding to the existing support for PDF and CSV file formats.

This powerful feature allows you to transform AI-generated analysis, summaries, and research directly into a structured presentation file (`.pptx`), ready for immediate use in business meetings, stakeholder reports, or documentation.

## 💡 What Can the Agent Generate?

The Agent utilizes its generative capabilities to populate a presentation file with slides, titles, and structured content based on a user's prompt.

## ⚙️ Configuring PPT File Output

You can configure your Agent to generate a PowerPoint presentation either through its studio settings or via a natural language request.

### 1. During Agent Configuration

If you want the Agent's primary function to be presentation generation:

* Navigate to the Agent's Settings panel in Lyzr Studio.
* Look for the **Output Configuration** section.
* Select **PowerPoint (PPT)** as the primary output type for specific file-generating tasks.

### 2. Via Natural Language Prompting

Users can request the specific output format directly in their query:

* **Example Prompt:** "Analyze Q3 sales performance by region and **generate a PowerPoint presentation** summarizing the top three key takeaways."
* **Example Prompt:** "Develop a market entry strategy for the new product line and **output the plan as a PPT presentation**."

The Agent will use its internal tools to structure the generated content into a professional slide deck and deliver the file directly to the user.
